- Laufende Begleitung durch die Koordinatorin des Bereichs Kinderbetreuung

- Pädagogisches Geschick im Umgang mit altersgemischten und kulturell vielfältigen Kindergruppen
- Praktische Erfahrungen im elementarpädagogischen Bereich und der Säuglings- und Kinderpflege von Vorteil
