Ihre Tätigkeiten im Rahmen des Volontariats:
In Ihrem Volontariat lernen Sie das Berufsfeld Deutsch als Zweitsprache kennen und können erste Unterrichtserfahrungen sammeln. Unser Angebot in Landeck umfasst derzeit Deutschkurse, Freie Lernnachmittage und Vorbereitungskurse auf die A1, A2 und B1 Deutschprüfungen jeweils Dienstag und Donnerstag.
Ihr Volontariat kann folgende Tätigkeiten beinhalten:
- Teilnahme an einem Deutschkurs mit heterogenen Niveaus in Landeck. Sie leiten im Rahmen dieses Deutschkurses eigenständig Kleingruppen und werden durch die Trainerin unterstützt.
- Neben der Tätigkeit im Kurs unterstützen Sie die Kursleiterin bei der Stundenplanung und erstellen selbstständig Lernmaterialien, welche dann im Kurs eingesetzt und anschließend gemeinsam evaluiert werden.
- Begleitend zur Unterrichtstätigkeit kann das Volontariat die Teilnahme an internen Fortbildungen in Innsbruck beinhalten, die eine fachlich-theoretische Vertiefung ermöglichen.
- Teilnahme an interkulturellen Frauencafés mit unterschiedlichen Themenschwerpunkten.
Das sollten Sie mitbringen:
Sie arbeiten im Rahmen dieses Volontariats mit der Kursleiterin und ggf. weiteren Ehrenamtlichen zusammen. Sie führen aber auch viele Tätigkeiten eigenständig aus. Großes Engagement, Eigenverantwortung und selbstständiges Arbeiten sind daher grundlegende Voraussetzungen.
Unterrichtserfahrung durch Nachhilfe, Praktika oder eigene Unterrichtstätigkeit ist wünschenswert – wichtig ist aber vor allem die Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung. Da Sie mit Frauen arbeiten, die teilweise über wenig Deutschkenntnisse sowie wenig Schreib- und Lesekenntnisse verfügen, sind Geduld, hohe Flexibilität und Kommunikationsfähigkeit wichtig. Da an unseren Kursen nur Frauen teilnehmen, sollten Sie Freude an der Arbeit mit Frauengruppen und Interesse am Kontakt mit Migrantinnen mitbringen.
